Terms and Conditions for Magazine Sponsorship

By selecting a sponsorship option and making payment for the St. Pete Coastal Connections: Celebrating Local Businesses and Beach Living magazine (“Magazine”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Scope of Sponsorship
You acknowledge and agree that your selected sponsorship option entails a quarterly sponsorship, which will be automatically renewed every quarter until canceled. In exchange for your sponsorship, you will receive an 8.5″ by 11″ advertorial featuring your business in the Magazine. The Magazine will be designed, printed, and shipped to residents in St. Pete, FL, with distribution to the zip code(s)/neighborhoods specified by the Magazine Owner (Annindita Palaus LLC). There will be an additional 500 magazines designed, printed, and delivered to the residents.
2. Delivery Schedule
The Magazine is expected to be designed, printed, and shipped to the designated area by the end of the quarter for which sponsorship is applicable. There is a 30-day grace period to account for any unexpected delays. You understand that the Magazine Owner shall not be held liable for delays beyond their control.
3. Sponsorship Obligation
Your obligation includes payment of an additional $100 every quarter until cancellation, in exchange for continued placement in the Magazine.
4. Payment
You agree to make the payment for your selected sponsorship option upon checkout. Payment shall be made via the specified payment method.
5. Refund Policy
You acknowledge and agree that all payments made for sponsorship are non-refundable. Once payment is submitted, there will be no refunds issued for any reason. You can cancel future payments anytime by contacting the magazine owner at [email protected].
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Magazine Owner from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the content provided by you for the advertorial, including but not limited to any claims of intellectual property infringement or misleading advertising.
6. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida.
7. Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Magazine Owner with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
By completing the payment for sponsorship, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
